The Foundation also supports public events, such as workshops and symposia, that enhance stage management skills, and advocates for both organizations and freelance stage managers. Additionally, the FMS contributes to research and development initiatives within the field.
We Fund:
-
Expenses for programs and services
-
Honorariums for lectures and symposia, both for individuals and groups
-
Advocacy efforts on behalf of stage managers and the profession
-
Research and development available to the stage management community
-
Commmunity outreach and giving to causes that impact stage managers
The Foundation can also assist and house funds created by individuals for specific scholarship funds, which support early-career stage managers pursuing higher education and accredited courses in stage management
